1. Program Description

The Expert SEO operates a text messaging program for law firms that request an audit, a consultation or our services. The program sends two distinct types of message:

• Transactional messages — consultation confirmations and reminders, delivery of your free SEO audit, campaign and reporting updates, and replies from our support team.
• Marketing messages — promotional offers, service reminders and announcements. These are sent only to people who gave separate, explicit consent for marketing.

Consenting to one type does not consent you to the other. The forms on this site ask for the two permissions separately, and you may give one without the other.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by submitting a form on this website with your phone number and checking the consent box for the type of message you want to receive. We do not add numbers collected by any other means, and we do not purchase or rent phone number lists.

We keep a timestamped record of every opt-in: which box was checked, when, and from which form. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our business and on your consultation and campaign schedule. Transactional messages are sent as events require them. Marketing messages, when you have consented to them, are sent no more than a few times per month.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. We do not charge for the program itself; any charge comes from your wireless plan. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

All opt-out requests are processed immediately. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

7. Carriers & Delivery

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, your device, your coverage or your plan.

8. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the phone number you provided belongs to you or that you are authorized to consent on behalf of the number’s subscriber.

9. Privacy & Data Sharing

We implement strict data protection measures to safeguard your SMS opt-in information and consent records. Your phone number and consent records are shared only with the SMS aggregators and providers that deliver the messages you asked to receive, and with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service.
